Ian Hooper, MSc., MIMgt.

Ian founded Beddard-Roberts Ltd. in 1994, and is a director of the Company. He previously held senior personnel management positions in the chemicals, food and engineering industries, as well as in retailing and distribution. An experienced "hands-on" generalist, Ian has operated successfully in both established and 'green field' environments.
Ian's personal clients include companies engaged in manufacturing, childcare, retailing and distribution, and specialist services.

Judith Kiely DBA, FCIPD

Judith has recently moved into consultancy, having previously held demanding personnel management positions in healthcare and in the public sector. She has also worked in banking and engineering. In addition to being an experienced generalist, Judith is qualified to use psychometric tests. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is Vice-Chair of the Cardiff / Newport branch.

Mark Thomas MCIPD

Mark has been in consultancy for over five years, having previously held demanding personnel management positions in companies in the engineering and telecommunications industries, as well as in the service sector. In addition to being an experienced generalist, Mark has particular skills in management and personnel development, and is fully qualified to use psychometric tests. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Peter Yeeles FCIPD, MIoD

Peter has been in consultancy for over ten years, having previously held senior Employee Relations positions in 'blue chip' companies in the food industry. As a consultant working on both a project and locum basis, he has contributed successfully to companies in a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, engineering and retailing.
Peter has written on employment law issues for both Croner and Gee publications, and is frequently asked to represent employer interests at Employment Tribunals.

Norman Warr AIMgt

Norman has been a consultant in Health and Safety for 10 years, having previously held senior management positions in electronic engineering, finance, and estates management. He currently works for clients in information technology, medical sutures, printing, road transport and construction industries, as well as housing associations.
Norman is a branch chairman in the National Federation of Small Businesses, and is a branch committee member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
